How it works

How VLink connects overseas buyers with Pakistan’s developers.

VLink helps Pakistani property developers meet relevant overseas Pakistani buyers by profiling projects, attracting suitable prospects, screening buyer intent and preferences, matching project fit, and coordinating prepared meetings. The five stages are Profile, Attract, Qualify, Schedule and Deliver, followed by structured follow-up.

Five managed stages

One clear owner from project profile to follow-up.

Define the fit
01 · PROFILE

Define the fit

Project, location, buyer profile, price position and presentation readiness are agreed first.

Reach with context
02 · ATTRACT

Reach with context

Overseas prospects see a focused invitation built around relevance, not generic inventory.

Test real intent
03 · QUALIFY

Test real intent

Ten questions reveal budget, timeline, location, purpose and willingness to meet.

Lock both sides
04 · SCHEDULE

Lock both sides

The prospect and developer are briefed, aligned across time zones and reconfirmed.

Meet and progress
05 · DELIVER

Meet and progress

The live conversation ends with recorded questions, documents and a named next action.

Qualification logic

Ten quiet questions remove the loudest uncertainty.

Every answer creates context for matching and for the developer conversation that follows.

For developers
Process questions

From matching to the next action.

How does VLink match an overseas buyer with a developer?

VLink compares the buyer’s preferred location, property type, budget, purpose and timeline with the developer’s project profile. The next step is a relevant conversation with a prepared presenter. Matching identifies a possible fit for discussion; it does not establish that a property is suitable for every buyer.

What happens before, during and after a meeting?

Before the meeting, buyer context and project information help both sides prepare, and availability is coordinated across time zones. During the meeting, the developer explains the project and answers questions. Afterward, the requested documents, unanswered questions and next action are recorded for structured follow-up.

Who is responsible for the property decision?

VLink’s role is qualification, matching and meeting coordination. The developer remains responsible for its project information, approvals, pricing and representations. The buyer decides whether to proceed and should independently check the information needed for that decision. A prepared meeting does not guarantee a sale or investment performance.

Developers can review the project-readiness requirements and partnership packages. Overseas Pakistanis can contact VLink about a relevant introduction.
