4.1 With Developer Partners
When a meeting is confirmed, we share relevant profile information such as your name, country of residence, budget range, and property preference with the developer presenting in that meeting. This is necessary to deliver the core service — the introduction. V Link facilitates the introduction and meeting only, and does not guarantee, broker, or complete any property sale. Developer partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4.2 With Service Providers
We may engage third-party service providers to assist with scheduling, communication (including WhatsApp and email platforms), CRM systems, website hosting, and analytics. These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
