The people

A meeting is only as good as the people who set it up.

Screening, matching and coordination are done by named people, not a queue. Six of us: three who own the direction, three who make sure nothing is dropped.

Founding team

Three people own the direction.

The idea, the operation and the systems behind it. If something about the model needs deciding, it is decided by one of these three.

A Message from Our CEO

Connecting Pakistan’s Top Developers with Serious Buyers — Live.

At V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited, we believe the future of real estate in Pakistan is personal, direct, and built on trust. For years, developers have poured resources into generating leads on social media — only to chase clicks that rarely turn into serious buyers. We saw a better way.

V Link connects Pakistan’s most renowned property developers with genuinely interested prospects through live, one-on-one online meetings. No noise, no cold leads — just real conversations with serious buyers, including the vast community of overseas Pakistanis eager to invest back home. The result is a stronger sales pipeline, higher conversion, and lasting relationships between developers and buyers.

Real estate is the backbone of our economy, tied to dozens of allied industries. By strengthening how developers meet and serve their buyers, we’re not just growing businesses — we’re helping fuel the growth of Pakistan itself. That is the mission that drives us every day.

Welcome to V Link. Let’s build the future, together.

Ali HaiderFounder & Chief Executive Officer, V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited

Ali Haider is the Founder and CEO of V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited, a company redefining how Pakistan’s leading property developers connect with serious buyers through live, one-on-one online meetings.

A graduate of SZABIST Dubai with a BBA (Hons), Ali began his career while still a student, stepping into the world of marketing and sales with some of the world’s most respected multinational brands. Over 15 years based in Dubai, UAE, he built an impressive track record working with organizations including Unilever, Du Telecom, HBL Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Noor Islamic Bank, and Emirates NBD — earning recognition for his achievements in marketing and sales along the way.

His expertise extends well beyond the corporate world. As a business consultant in Dubai, he guided investors in launching new ventures, building complete teams and operational structures from the ground up. Returning his focus to Pakistan, he partnered with Zameen.com and numerous property developers across Lahore, Islamabad, and the northern regions including Murree and Nathia Gali — developing deep, hands-on experience in the country’s real estate landscape.

It was here that he identified a powerful opportunity: connecting property developers directly with overseas Pakistanis through live online meetings. This approach transformed developers’ sales pipelines, filling them with serious, qualified buyers rather than uncertain social-media leads. That insight became the foundation of V Link.

Today, through V Link, Ali is on a mission to elevate Pakistan’s real estate sector — creating meaningful connections between developers and buyers, driving growth across the many industries tied to real estate, and contributing to the strength of the national economy.

Muhammad Shoaib MughalChief Technology Officer, V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited

As Chief Technology Officer of V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited, Muhammad Shoaib Mughal leads the technology and digital infrastructure that make our live, one-on-one online meetings seamless, secure, and reliable. He is the architect behind the platform that connects Pakistan’s leading property developers with serious buyers across the globe — turning what was once a scattered, lead-chasing process into a smooth, face-to-face experience. From video meeting systems and scheduling to data security and platform performance, Shoaib ensures that every interaction on V Link runs flawlessly.

His vision aligns perfectly with V Link’s core ideology: that technology should create real human connection, not replace it. Rather than generating cold leads on social media, V Link uses smart, purpose-built technology to bring developers and genuine buyers into the same room — live. Shoaib is committed to continuously strengthening that platform, scaling it to serve more developers and overseas Pakistanis, and building the digital backbone that fuels V Link’s growth and, with it, the wider real estate economy of Pakistan.

Leadership

Syed Muntazir NaqviDirector International Network Operations, V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited

As Director International Network Operations, Syed Muntazir Naqvi owns the side of V Link that reaches outward. Every meeting the company delivers begins with an overseas Pakistani deciding a project is worth an hour of their time, and he is responsible for the network that puts that project in front of them — the channels, partners and communities across the markets where those buyers actually live.

The work is measured by who arrives, not how many. A screening layer is only as good as the people entering it, so his standard is qualified interest rather than volume: buyers with a real reason to be looking at Pakistani real estate, reached in their own market and their own time zone, and handed to the screening team with enough context to be useful.

It is the front of the same idea the rest of the company is built on. V Link does not chase clicks and does not sell lists; it puts a developer and a genuine buyer in the same room, live. Muntazir’s job is to make sure there is always a steady supply of the second half of that sentence — and that the reach keeps widening as more developers come on board.

Leadership

Syed Ali Yazdan ShahDirector Sales, Islamabad & Northern Region — V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited

As Director Sales for Islamabad and the northern region, Syed Ali Yazdan Shah owns V Link’s developer relationships across the north. He is the person a developer in Islamabad, Murree or the surrounding hill stations deals with directly — from the first conversation about whether a project is a fit, through to the standard it has to meet before a single overseas buyer is put in front of it.

He comes to it from sales rather than marketing. At EFU Hemayah Takaful he worked in client acquisition and relationship management, sales planning and business development, lead generation and customer retention — the discipline of qualifying a person properly before taking up their time, which is the same discipline V Link is built on. As Operations Manager at Sharza Events he ran daily operations, vendor coordination and team management, and earlier, in digital business support at PAKCYBER, he handled client communication and service coordination.

Alongside that he works as a brand consultant, building visual identity, social content and advertising creative for jewellery and fashion brands, gemstone businesses, startups and online stores. That side of his work matters here: a developer’s project has to be presented accurately and well before a buyer will give it their attention, and he knows the difference between attention that converts and attention that merely accumulates.

His view of the work is straightforward — attention is the scarce asset, and it is earned by presenting something credible to the right person rather than by reaching everyone. That is what he holds the northern region to.

Leadership

Zoya JamshedDirector Digital Media, V Link – Virtual Link (Pvt) Limited

As Director Digital Media, Zoya leads everything a developer and a buyer see of V Link before they ever sit down together: the brand, the channels it speaks through, and the campaigns that carry a project to the people most likely to care about it.

Her work sits at the front of the process the rest of the company depends on. Screening only matters if the right people arrive to be screened — so she is responsible for reaching serious overseas buyers rather than accumulating an audience, and for making sure the first impression of a project is accurate to what the developer is actually offering.

Day to day that means owning content and creative across the company’s channels, shaping how each project is presented, and holding the standard that V Link markets meetings rather than leads — quality of attention, not volume of it.
